| Since I moved to Newbury Park in 2015, Mike Boze / Giant Oak Automotive has serviced all of the vehicles in our family -- the ones we brought with us, the ones we bought, and the ones we have sold (we even bought a used car that Mike had inspected prior to purchase, and the seller starting bringing his other cars to Mike after our purchase!). We found Mike through recommendations on local social media groups, and his team have come through for us every time we've needed service or recommendations. |

| This is my first time to bring my car, a Honda HRV for an oil change & to check the tires for a wheel alignments. Also to check the fob because sometime I couldn't lock & unlock my car. Mike is a very honest & wonderful guy. He only changed the oil, replace a new battery in my fob. He said I don't need to change my tires. . |
